Logistics Administrative Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Overview:
Nextaff is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Coordinator to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our dispatch operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in corporate office settings or high-volume logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily dispatching and route planning for outgoing shipments.
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments directly with customers.
  • Track shipment status and due dates, coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Update internal tracking systems and ensure all digital paperwork is uploaded accurately.
  • Manage professional communication via phone and email with clients and drivers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office or logistics setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new dispatch software.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key experience is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Ability to pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check.
